SHIPPING / DELIVERY / COLLECTIONS

We use a national courier service with tracking number delivered straight to your door/workplace. [Our couriers cannot deliver to a PO address]

If a workplace address - the courier delivers to the reception area - please make sure the reception knows you are expecting a package.

We use a reputable and trustworthy courier service with tracking and on time delivery.

SA main centers - Western Cape, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George

SA outer lying - Cities/towns not listed above: please check with us via whatsapp on 081 026 7807 to confirm if we’re able to deliver to your area.

 

DELIVERY TIME:

Main centers: 2 working days (express)

Main centers: within 5 working days (standard)

Outer lying: 6 working days

Please note : Deliveries commence on week days. Orders placed on a Friday, will be dispatched to couriers on the following Monday, maintaining the cold chain. It is your responsibility to track your items. This can be done 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification. Track A Parcel 

 

 

 

COLLECTIONS:

All orders can be collected from 273 Main Road, Claremont, Cape Town.

9am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays.
