Nutrition: Butternut, carrots and sweet potato are rich in vitamin A and a source of vitamin C. Vitamin A is an essential vitamin for immunity and promotes vision and eye development. Baby marrow and gem squash provide a boost of vitamins C, K and A. These nutrients support healthy immune function, vision and skin health. This combination also promotes healthy digestion and satiety. Apples and pears provide fibre, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. This fibre rich fruit can assist with constipation.
