This soup is so flavourful and creamy! Perfect for the cold Cape Town winter weather we are experiencing. The best part is that it is suitable for the whole family, my baby, toddler and husband thinks I am a Masterchef when I defrost this on the stove. The grown ups just add some salt and chili to taste. We have paired it with sourdough.

Butternut soup with a scoop of vanilla ice not 100% healthy but a snack once in a blue moon should be okay.

Love that the salt was minimal my toddler is a fussy eater so for her to eat the soup 10/10.
